Chris Day – Executive Director
Chris Day has been in health care for over 30 years and specifically in the senior living industry since 2004. From her previous experience as an executive director and marketing director for a senior living community in upstate New York, she facilitated dementia empathy training that helped caregivers better understand their residents’ needs. Chris has a passion for serving the senior population and believes each resident should be treated like family. She practices listening carefully to uncover a person’s unique needs and finds ways to meet those needs while giving those she interacts with a sense of peace about their decisions. In her spare time, she loves to read and explore historic sites.
Brad Fleenor – Vice President of Sales & Marketing
Brad Fleenor is a graduate of Johnson & Wales University in Charleston, South Carolina, in hospitality and restaurant management. He is a Certified Dementia Practitioner®, and a seasoned management and marketing executive with 30 years of professional experience in the hospitality industry. Most recently, he worked in the real estate industry with a concentrated focus on Active Adult, Assisted Living and Memory Care.
Brad was born in Newport News, Virginia, and grew up in the beautiful Shenandoah Valley. He returned to the Hampton Roads area 23 years ago. He resides in Buckroe Beach and enjoys time at the beach, on the boat, traveling, or trying new restaurants/breweries.
